Not Phony

Gets the tweed sound but can do a lot more from a bit of hair to as silly as I ever get. Very happy with the pedal. Prompt shipping, great communication. Will definitely look at GUPtech for future pedals.

I'm loving this pedal. It definitely does the blown out, fuzzy tweed thing with the gain maxed out but at lower settings, it does a great "Last Dance with Mary Jane", Mike Campbell thing. The toggle switch adds to the flexibility greatly. I prefer the mid position but when flipped down, it gives a smaller, more compressed sound akin to a Champ or an Old Princeton with an 8" speaker. Superb for fitting into a mix. The sparkle on the phone graphic with the cream version is a great touch. Considering it's basically 3 Tweed amps in one, this is a can't miss pedal.

Great dirty overdrive. 2 stage overdrive/distortion sounds- gain all the way up gets you those exploding tweed Neil Young tones.
Based on a Les Luis, which I don’t have, but apparently another Electra distortion variant?

Hits the front end of your amp in great way.
