La pPTSD (prof Pinotte Tone Shaping Device) est une pédale d’égalisation paramétrique pour guitare de qualité professionnelle avec boost clean intégré, fabriquée à la main au Québec, Canada. Cet égaliseur à signal analogique offre une précision chirurgicale pour le modelage de ton de guitare dans la boucle d’effets de votre amplificateur.

Commencez avec tous les contrôles à midi, branchez la pPTSD dans votre boucle FX, et voyez où vous pouvez vous rendre. La forme classique en V est aussi un bon départ, en boostant les graves et les aigus, et en coupant un peu les médiums. Vous pouvez également utiliser la pédale seulement comme boost de volume pour vos solos avec beaucoup de boost de volume disponible sous le bouton Level.

Fantastic pedal

I am new to using a parametric equalizer, so I am still learning how to use it, but I can say that with every tweek I get more satisfying results. Pro build, pro quality all the way. Thanks Guptech.

The ideal parametric for your guitar(and probably more) for the money.

I've always felt EQ to be one of the more powerful tools in where the guitar sits in the mix and the pPTSD is overall the best for the money. Three adjustable bands are as much you really need without making things too complex. Equivalent pedals from other companies cost quite a bit more as well. The only thing more I might want from this pedal is the format would allow for another footswitch, allowing the level knob to be used as a boost, but I'm not in the bit least disappointed in the quality of this pedal. I have quite the collection of EQ pedals and this one is the most sensible parametric you can have; quick and easy to read and adjust, ruggedly built and not so much to bury yourself with.

Guptech EQ review

Sounds great. Good pedal. Only thing it's missing is a sheet showing where all the frequencies are located around the span of the Freq knob. That's something that would've made the learning curve faster / easier and the pedal more intuitive.
