Customs, Duties and other import fees
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other import charges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the recipient’s responsibility.
We provide the required customs documentation, but we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery. Import requirements and charges vary by destination and may change.
Order processing times
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. We do not dispatch orders on weekends.
For preorders and custom orders, please refer to the product page for the estimated processing time.
Processing may take a few additional business days during busy periods. We’ll email you if we expect a significant delay with your order. Processing time does not include transit time.
Packaging
We keep packaging to a minimum and reuse clean protective materials whenever possible, including bubble wrap and fabric.
Orders ship in corrugated cardboard boxes. All orders are wrapped in kraft paper.

Free Shipping on order of $250 CAD or more
Free shipping is available on eligible orders of CAD $250 or more shipped to Canada or the United States. The minimum order amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Shipping method in Canada
We typically ship with GLS, UPS, FedEx or Canada Post, selecting the carrier based on available rates and your delivery address. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box in Canada ship with Canada Post.
Shipping typically costs CAD $10–$18, depending on your location. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
Shipping method in the US
We typically ship with UPS, FedEx or Canada Post, selecting the carrier based on available rates and your delivery address.
Shipping typically costs CAD $20–$22, depending on your location. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
Shipping outside Canada and USA
We typically ship with UPS, FedEx or Canada Post. We only offer tracked shipping.
Delivery to Europe typically takes 1–3 weeks after dispatch. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times for other destinations are displayed at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimated delivery time for your destination.
Free shipping is available to selected European destinations on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of CAD $400 or more after discounts and before taxes. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take some time to update.
Signature on delivery
A signature is not required on delivery unless you request it before your order ships or your merchandise subtotal is CAD $500 or more after discounts and before taxes. To request signature-required delivery, please email us at info@guptech.ca before your order ships.
Lost and damaged packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first to request delivery details and report the missing package. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at info@guptech.ca with your order number and the carrier’s case number, if available. We’ll assist with the follow-up and any claim that must be submitted by the sender.
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and damaged items, take clear photos, and email us at info@guptech.ca with your order number.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please file a police report and send us the official report number along with your order number. Providing a police report number does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Refund and replacement requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.
