Your high-gain amp is filthy in all the right ways. The gain is great. The problem is: when you need a clean sound, there’s nowhere to go.

The Amp Cleaner lets you bypass your amp’s preamp and access the clean sound of its power amp instead.

That means you can keep the amp you love — whether it’s a 5150 15W, a Jim Root Terror, or another compact gain monster — and add a clean option (with volume control) with a single stomp.

No second amp. No dragging your old practice combo back into the room. Just a cleaner side of your favourite dirty amp. Refer to the wiring diagram to understand what's going on there.

The Prof Pinotte recommends cleaning only when necessary.

Additional information : 

*You can use this pedal as an AB output switcher, with volume control on the top left output. Guitar to right side jack, Output A from left side jack, Output B with volume control from Top left jack. In Bypass, Output A will be active, when On, Output B with volume will be active.

*You can use this pedal as a "mute" pedal, plug signal into Right side jack, output signal into Left side jack. When activated, the pedal will lift the signal from the input to the output and you get a mute pedal.

*You can use the pedal as a simple "volume" pedal. Signal into the right side jack, Output from the top left jack. Let the pedal On, and control volume with the knob. With pedal Off, it will mute the output.
