The "Pop Corner" won't be the all around main overdrive of your pedalboard because there's much more attitude and character to take out of it.

Its unique sound is certainly due to its circuitry designed by ears. We tried to forget electronic laws while prototyping and just let the mojo flow through our feelings. We were looking at something versatile from light driven blues to modern rock where you can also find some hard funk and squashed grunge tones in between. On top of it, the "Pop Corner" cleans perfectly as you turn down your guitar volume pot.

Add it some "Butter" and "Salt" to your taste !

The Pop Corner, an awesome, dynamic drive

I have a ton of gain pedals, GupTech Pile O Rats, a Pumpky, a Yellowcake Furry and Fried, JHS PG-14 and Notaklon, EQD White Light and Westwood, and variations of a Tube Screamer and Timmy. Sonically, I’d compare this to the EarthQuaker Devices White Light. It can be a fairly clean boost, with the gain off, but that’s not where this pedal shines. Ideally, keep the gain at or above noon to hear the dynamics of the drive ring out. Single note lines and chords ring out with great clarity. An excellent pedal!

Fantastic Warm OD

This isn't like any other drive I have, and I have too many... It's warm, has plenty of gain on tap, and does a great job for hard rock or blues rock.
