Don't be fooled by the "funny" look, our DOF is truely a nice swiss-knife to have on your board. Based on the weird round-silver Expandora pedal, we are releasing our tribute to this great pedal in a more "GUP Tech" friendly package.

This pedal will go from boost to crazy-Fuzz (Forbidden mode).

Both toggle down, you get a nice Boost with almost no clipping. First toggle up is light overdrive mode. Only the second toggle up is more gain. Both toggles up will bring you in the "forbidden" mode, a Fuzzy-ish wild Cherub Rock kind of fuzz.

If I would have to bring only one pedal to do everything, it would be this one...

Great note definition.

What a fun pedal! Each of the selections from boost to fuzz work great. The boost, overdrive and distortion settings really cut through in a mix with great note definition. Definitely a keeper on my board alongside the Donut.

Très interessant

Les 4 modes donnent une bonne progression, le mode forbiden est effectivement assez unique. Comme déjà mentionné par un autre review le mode disto poussé dans Big Pinote (Muff) donne une tonalité très satisfaisante. Pour le moment j’utilise surtout cette pédale en mode disto ajustée avec relativement peu de gain et je la pousse avec une Morning Glory au besoin.

4 pedals in one.

I think that speaks for itself, but the best thing is that all 4 modes are actually great, and stand apart from each other. You can use this in a ton of ways. Obviously a boost or OD, but run this in Disto mode into a muff type fuzz and be ready for a surprise.

The best part to me: forbidden mode. I have a dozen fuzz pedals, and I've owned dozens more. The fuzz in this one is UNIQUE. It's pleasantly gated, aggressive, and absolutely has a sound all its own. And it's got a penguin on it. With a dynamite stick.
