Shark + - Douche

Super! Excellent pedal if you’re into DOD 250s (I am, very much, and MXR Distortion +) In fact, was just playing through a 1980-ish germanium D+ with chorus. Bob Mould tone by semi-accident, haha. Huge fan.

And… Huge fan of this pedal and company! Have wanted a Shark for a few years. Very glad I finally bought it. Seemed like last one, aside from a minor paint blemished standard one. I love that I got the “douche” special paint job. I love their graphic designs as well as Tone. Very cool and unique.

I purchased a MOKA Harmonic Percolator based one first a few years ago. Love that as well. Planning on eventually getting the Horsie (Klone) usually my always on pedal -Old Fender Black and Silverface love them of course. And I very much want to hear and buy their Fuzz/Sun Face pedal the Phoque Face. Germanium I believe.

Anyway love this company, great pedals, excellent communication, super cool graphics I like (some may not be as into). Love supporting high quality small companies like this that are passionate about what they do. Great packaging, nice talented people, cool stickers, and most of all the TONE. So far excellent. Yes they’re clones and variations for the most part but this company is doing it the right way. Support them if you can. Check ‘em out, try a pedal and see. Can always sell on Reverb if you don’t like but I doubt you’ll want to. I’m just a fan, not a commercial. These are affordable and fairly priced and high quality pedals. Ok enough gushing.

For decades I have searched to replace a grey OD 250 that I bought in 1978. Always disappointed, I had given up until I saw this sparkly silly shark faced pedal and dipped my toe in the water.
It sounds right and it the looks are a plus!
I use it to push another GUP Tech pedal. The sound in my head that I have chased for ever is now the sound I have! This has a home on my main board and will remain there until I die.
